I was looking at the current Unearthed Arcana docs and was thinking about where we might see these options pop up. Starting with the Horror Subclasses, here is what we currently have with my best guesses as to where we might see them:
An alternative to a specifically Dark Sun product could be some kind of planar-themed collection in the same vein as Tasha's. However the options are grouped by a planar theme like how the options in Book of Many Things were grouped by card

I think if there is a dark Sun, psion definitely has to be in it. Without dark Sun, psion is anybody’s guess.
But I could see them doing it like artificer where it goes in a setting book, then gets reprinted in a someone’s something of everything.
I’d also think the mystic subclasses could go in the arcane book.
Maybe oathbreaker in horror. If they keep it with the whole command the undead theme.
Im thinking we don’t get an of everything this year. They like to give a few years and use it to help patch holes in the rules.
