Is there a way to access the archived UA? I had some really awesome character ideas that were based on the now archived UA. I know some people recreate things in homebrew, but there are a few I can't find (ex. The Revived subclass for rouge). What do you think? Any suggestions/thoughts?

No. Archived is basically gone. If you weren't already using it, the only option is to homebrew a private copy.
