In my campaign my character is about to die, and my DM said he's letting me be reincarnated. I'm trying to decide what would be a cool patron for a lawful good celestial warlock. Any you think would be a particularly good fit?
You can go with a Deva, Planetar, or Solar. These are the angels of D&D. You could also choose a celestial creature like a Pegasus, Unicorn, Couatl, Hollyphant, or Ki-rin. You also have the Empyrean, which are children of Upper Plane deities.

"Meddle not in the affairs of dragons, for thou art crunchy and taste good with ketchup."
My Silver Dragonborn Tomelock in AL Season 10 has the backstory that he was traveling to Icewind Dale and was separated from his caravan. He was going to die of exposure but was approached by a servant of Bahamut and offered a choice to survive as a celestial warlock. I think it works.

A Solar, Zariel Arch-Duchess of the Avernus used to be a Solar
