The True Resurrection would still require spell components which you would likely not have in your new form. Only a few of its spells are at will and/or not requiring spell components. For everything else you need a go bag that a friend carries for just such an occasion.

Thematically, I absolutely love Psychic Scream. While I was playing my Hexblade I learned to love casting spells that required Int saves :)
But I voted Foresight, because I feel it's the most universally helpful of the choices for most Warlocks. Several of the others could be better choices for certain Warlocks in certain campaigns, but whenever I play a Warlock who gets to Level 17, my default is going to be Foresight unless I have a very specific reason for wanting something else.

Wish. Need I say more?
Yea considering only one subclass gets to choose wish ;)
True Polymorph is extremely versatile so I chose that, but to be honest I think I like Psychic Scream more
forgot about foresight...for 8 hours advantage on *everything* and creatures interacting against you have disadvantage on *everything*
Pyschic scream:
true polymorph, and the joy of being a ki-rin and casting true resurrection for free!

At will: gaseous form, major image (6th-level version), wind walk, 1/day: create food and water
Not requiring spell components
1 Command, Cure Wounds, Detect evil/good
2 Calm emotions, lesser restoration, silence
3 Dispel Magic, Remove Curse
4 Guardian of Faith
5 Mass Cure Wounds
6 Etherealness
Well you do have 200 years to gather the diamonds so that's moot.
Foresight is the straight up most powerful one, true polymorph is the most versatile one which can beat out foresight if used well.
Heck I am not even sure you would get the prepared spells.
I wouldn't allow it to be honest. Nor would other dm's I know.

Definitely...I think psychic scream is just a cool ability, but foresight is tough to beat
