so i was wondering about if u got a human with magic Initiate to get Shillelagh witch states u CAN use your spellcasting ability instead of Strength for the attack and damage rolls of melee attacks using that weapon witch would be WIS but u also have Hex Warrior witch you CAN use your Charisma modifier, instead of Strength or Dexterity the question is cant u use Cha with Shillelagh with the use of hex Warrior to go from Wis to STR to CHA?
You can cast Shillelagh for the D8 damage die, not use the Wisdom option from the cantrip, and instead use the Hex Warrior option to use Charisma for your attacks and damage, but there's two simpler ways, in which you can have the Shillelagh cantrip itself directly switch your ability score for attack and damage rolls to Charisma.
1: Pact of the Tome: gained at your 3rd Warlock level, not dependent on any Warlock subclass, so if you want to take another subclass for its features, you have that freedom.
2: Magical Secrets: gained from the Bard class, (level 6 for Lore Bards, or L10 for other bards). This takes a lot longer to come online though.

Short version, yes.
