I have a 3rd Level Drow Hexlock. I am thinking about multiclassing for my next level into either aberrant mind sorcerer or rogue. In order to do rogue I would need to either +2 to dex or take the elven accuracy feat and get +1 to dex. Sorcerer would be to gain a bit more versatility with cantrips/spells and a couple a extra slots for shield/hex. My cantrips from sorcerer would be: Mind Sliver, Mold Earth, Prestidigitation and 2 other undecided ones.
As someone who plays a lot of warlocks, I think you're definitely going in the right direction with multiclassing here. You usually need DM permission to make a coffeelock (warlock/sorcerer) due to the sheer amount of potential, but if you are allowed to do so, it can be really fun. I've also had a lot of fun with my current Warlock/rogue, and your decision really just comes down to whether combat and general versatility or just having a lot of spells would be more useful/fun to you.
Keep in mind that Shadow Blade can't be your pact weapon, so you can't use Charisma with it or use it with your other Pact weapon features.
You have started with a pretty solid stats. Getting your Dex to 14 can help you front line a lot better and opens up rogue, which I do think is a decent multiclass. You can also pick up Booming Blade as a cantrip at some point, which could be worthwhile if you are going deeper into rogue and don't plan on picking up Thirsting Blade. Note that you only get your feat/ASI if you stay as a warlock, so you'd need to wait an extra level before you multiclass. I might even suggest hitting warlock 5 first, as its a pretty big powerspike.
Sorcerer/Warlock is a tried and true multiclass that is going to be fairly strong. Quickening your Eldritch Blasts is going to be a solid burst of damage. Booming Blade is another good pickup here for some melee burst damage.
Just a note, you cannot currently multiclass into Rogue. You would need to take your 4th level in Warlock to increase your Dexterity (either through an ASI or a half ASI feat like Elven Accuracy) and then you can take your 5th level as a Rogue. That said, I play a Hexblade/Swashbuckler and it's really fun!

If you take Elven Accuracy you are better off using it for CHA
As a hexblade you will be using CHA for most things and specifically Weapon Attacks & EB, so when you have advantage EA will allow you to reroll one of them.
If you take EA with Dex you will either lose on this part of the feat or need to attack using Dex which is lower on your char.
You could split the difference and go Arcane Trickster. Now, there's the conflict with that build, since AT keys off of INT while your Warlock spells key off of CHA, but if you're smart with your spell choices in AT you can focus on spells that don't rely heavily on spell saves or spell attacks (stuff like Invisibility, or Sleep). It also gives you 3 cantrips, but one of them has to be Mage Hand... luckily, you get a lot of boosts to this version of Mage Hand that makes it even more versatile.

It doesn't matter what stat you increase with Elven Accuracy, you get super advantage to any DEX, INT, WIS or CHA attack rolls. So it is perfectly fine for them to take Elven Accuracy (DEX) if they want to, in order open up multiclass options. Their CHA attacks will still get super advantage.

Str: 10, Dex: 12, Con: 16, Int: 10, Wis: 10, Cha: 18.
Pact: Blade
Invocations: Improved Pact Weapon, Agonizing Blast
Spells: 0: Eldritch Blast, Mage Hand, Dancing Lights(racial) 1: Hex, Shield, Faerie Fire(racial) 2: Shatter, Shadow Blade (second lvl. spells are changeable)
Any advice about multiclassing, subclass, feats or spells would be appreciated.

Personaly I like Bard also with Hex. With Sword or Valor you are still pretty good with your wepon but you have spells and other tricks in your bag.
I spell Goodly.
