Why in the world are there no arcane subclasses for warlock? I found a few homebrew subclasses that are cool but I’m not sure if I can share them legally.
I promise you the police won't kick your door in and arrest you on the spot for sharing some homebrew. But, I digress. You can always re-flavor any officially published subclass as you see fit so long as it doesn't interfere with the rules.
Fiend Patron, Pact of the Tome, Book of Ancient Secrets.
Your Warlock wears robes and does plenty of posturing about what a great wizard he is, while reading ritual spells from his book and casting the occasional levelled spell. Especially fireball. He loves fireball.
Huh, I hadn't really thought about it, but I think more fit a arcane tone than don't. Fiend, undead/undeath, genie, old one and fathomless feel very arcane to me. Take either pact of the tome, or chain and I think it reinforces it.
I'm not sure I understand the question. Warlocks are Arcane casters, and pretty much any patron can play into the arcane angle if your Warlock made their pact via learning a ritual to summon or entreat them to bargain for power.

No other subclass really has ‘arcane’ feeling features. The closest is probably the celestial, and even that’s a stretch.
Anyways, here’s the homebrew subclass. https://www.patreon.com/posts/warlock-arcanist-68771485
Oh wait, genie exists
Arcane?
As in "Wizard like"?

Megumin is probably a fiend patron Warlock.
