Hi all, so i thought i share this post as i am at the moment struggling on how i want to proceed my character.
I play a half elf Celestial warlock in my friends curse of strahd campaign, while i know celestial ain't the strongest i am having fun. I have him at the moment on level 7 with these stats.

I dont know if in future I want to dump the last 3 levels to another class, or if to go all the way full celestial warlock, so want to hear your thoughts on the idea and share on what you think i should do from here? :)
Celestial Resilience at 10th level is nice. 15 Temp HP for you and 10 Temp HP for everyone in your party at the end of every short and long rest is a nice bonus.
Not to mention the higher level spells that you get.
true, but was thinking more utility, since we have a cleric in the party, and using my cure wounds does waste my 2 slots.
plus i am using pact of the tome for extra cantrips, and the book of secrets innvocation to find potential ritual spells.
also a question in relate to celestial resilience, as you said gives 15 temp hp to me and 10 to others, does it stack for every short rest? say example i short rested to get 15, and short rest again does it then stack to 30?
What would you be hoping to do with the multiclass? Does the party have hole that needs filling? With that stat line, you have quite a few options. Sorcerer and bard being the most obvious choices, but you could also go cleric, fighter, Druid or rogue, maybe another I’m missing.
If you’re looking for utility, two levels in bard could get you jack of all trades and song of rest.
Dont forget you’ll miss a feat if you dip 3 levels now.
Remember that Book of Ancient Secrets scales the ritual spells based on your Warlock level, not your total level, so you'd be losing some potential spells by multiclassing.
I'd just keep doing the Celestial Tomelock. I don't really see much benefit to multiclassing.
If you haven't already I'd grab the Moderately Armored feat to bump your AC a bit. Invocations like Sculptor of Flesh would be nice, if you don't have it already.
This is a Celestial Tomelock I hope to run some time.
i see, thanks for the ideas on the feedback :) but think I'll take the advice on the tomelock, and party is good got 2 monks, a bloodhunter, a ceric, and a rogue. So i suppose i could just keep to tomelock
One of my favorite multiclasses is celestial with 6 levels of Draconic Sorcerer, pick up green flame blade and quickened spell. If you have pact of the tome you can get shillelagh and have a melee attack with triple charisma added to it. Pretty sweet.

Temp HP don’t stack. You only get the highest number of temp HP when you get them from multiple sources.
