I don’t have a build, but I am thinking about celestial tomelock/bard for my next character. Well definitely the tomelock part, it’s the bard part I’m not sure on. I was also thinking vhuman and take the chef feat, but I’ll want to see if my DM will allow the chef’s short rest buff to work the same time as song of rest, pretty sweet to give everyone a d8+d6 every time they short rest. Just a question if you can sing, bake cookies, and also count as short resting yourself. It seems like one or the other is no problem, but both might be a bit much. Definitely a ruling needed situation. I was also thinking eloquence, just because character wise that works better for what I’m planning. But lore certainly has an appeal.
You have five levels in Warlock and six in Bard, which means at level 11 you'll basically be a third level caster. You won't be able to upcast as you would if you'd taken another full caster like Bard/Sorcerer because pact magic slots don't interact like that.
I can understand (and have done myself) taking a single level in Warlock to add a good cantrip and other options to a Bard (I played a 1 Hexblade/X Sword Bard for a while before COVID). Bard is a very strong class in its own rights though, and the more time you spend as a Warlock, the weaker your Bard part becomes.
I don't think Celestial Warlock adds enough to Bard to justify the five level drop.
But if you have fun with it that's the most important thing.
I've got levels in Warlock (Archfey) on a Bard of mine, but I wouldn't take more than three levels personally; that way you get all the good early Warlock stuff, but can still get to higher level spells from Bard (including 9th if you make it to 20th-level total).
Having short rest refreshing 2nd-level slots is great as Bard has a lot of really good early level spells.

I was thinking more from the other end. Celestial tomelock and dip 2 in bard for jack of all trades and song of rest. Maybe 3 in bard for some more options for inspiration dice. I just hate putting off my warlock progression. Level 6 celestial isn’t great, but level 10 is really nice.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
> at level 11 you'll basically be a third level caster
Yep, very true. it's a tradeoff.
As recompense for those two spell slots, he gets a feat at warlock 4 and access to 3rd level utility/support warlock spells like counterspell, dispel magic, revivify, or fly at level 5. And another feat (bard 8) is only a couple of levels away.
For me, it fits the "utility infielder" theme better, though as you pointed out there's a definite price.
There's certainly a price to pay for multiclassing. For me, it part of it depends on whether I view myself as more a warlock or more a <insert other class>. Generally speaking, I don't mind delaying warlock features. I mind delaying other classes a bit more. I played a sorlock that was primarily a sorcerer, and I felt like my 2 levels of warlock were too high a price to pay for delaying my spell progression. My bard lock I viewed as primarily a warlock, and didn't mind putting off those features. What I got out of bard was worth it to me to delay my warlock stuff.

I am currently playing a Bard/Warlock (Celestial). She is only Level 3. The choice was more role-play focused. It's been nice to have such a large selection of spells. I plan on focusing on Warlock with picking up only one or two levels of Bard along the way. You can check her out at the link.
A very good utility/support/skillmonkey build.
And I can't find it anywhere on the web.
Looks like this, kinda (work in progress)

As a support/utility/skillmonkey, very hard to beat. Maybe add cleric if you have a permissive DM?
I'm not sure, to be honest.

I did glamour|tome/celestial and it was amazing.
