So in an open field in direct sunlight. Using Darkness and Devil's Sight.
If they are in darkness and the target is in direct sunlight then they would have advantage because they are not seen, and disadvantage because the target is in direct sunlight RESULT - NORMAL ROLL
If they are in darkness and the target is also in darkness they would have advantage for being unseen and sunlight sensitivity would not apply because the target is also in darkness. Result: ADVANTAGE

If a battle was in broad daylight... would a Drow Warlock be able to counter it by using Darkness and the Invocation Devil's Sight?
