Basically you are a level 17 genie warlock and at lvl 17 you get wish because of genie so you cast clone using wish and put it in your genie vessel then when you die the container with the clone in it gets pushed out, and the clone emerges with all spell slots and abilities back, then you cast clone using wish again and rinse and repeat.
Wish won't speed up clone growth, so you'll die and the partially-grown clone will pop out into the middle of the fight you just died in. Even if you wait the four months, that gives you one extra life, who pops out naked and unequipped. And I don't see anything in Clone that says you get all your spell slots back. (Nor anything that definitely says you don't, but it says it has "the same abilities", which I would rule means that they are the exact same as they were at time of death.)
Also, the question of what happens to the vessel and its contents when you die is not actually answered in the rules.
Nor is whether wishing for Clone works, since if you don't have the components, you don't have a vessel. Does it create one? GM's call.
