Radiant Soul on Celestial Warlock does not have the same language as many other features that require the spell cast to be a "warlock" spell to gain the benefit of increasing the damage by Charisma. It simply states
"Once per turn, when a spell you cast deals Radiant or Fire damage, you can add your Charisma modifier to that spell’s damage against one of the spell’s targets."
Curious people's thoughts on if this would apply to something like Divine Favor on a Paladin multiclass. The extra D4 Radiant damage is clearing being sourced from a spell. I would suspect though that the intention with a feature like this is it would only apply to the damage on the round when the spell was originally cast. Even still, Radiant Soul is a nice bump to Divine Smite & Searing Smite on a multi-class regardless.
I don't see why it would not work, it would work with spirit guardians as well every turn the spell remained active. But its just once per turn so its not a big deal on divine favor.
Yeah, the “one of the spells targets” is important to remember. If you somehow got fireball and caught 5 enemies in it, only one of them takes the extra damage.

^^ this. My general thought on rules are, they do what they say it does. it says it adds damage to fire or radiant, it doesn't limit you by spell slot, or what class provides the feature. It's incumbent on WotC to add that text to limit things if that is their intention. I have to assume that the feature is meant to do exactly what it says it does. No more, no less. i would expect that if I had an infernal tiefling celestial warlock and I cast my tiefling's innate firebolt, it gets the damage added. I have no reason to believe it would not.
For the case of divine favor, it's a spell you cast. it doesn't say that the spell has to be cast on that turn. it deals fire or radiant damage. So if you hit something, the spell deals fire or radiant damage, and the radiant soul bonus should apply AND this bonus would stack with agonizing blast (different feature). Now, if you take my tiefling infernal warlock and I cast firebolt at a target with divine favor up, my cha bonus can be added to EITHER the firebolt, or the divine favor proc, but not both (once per turn).
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.

I wish they did not add that limit so it would work with flamestrike and multiple targets. So what is a few people take 5 more damage.
