If you dismiss/lose your time and summon a new one can you change the cantrips and spells?
In the 2014 version, no, because it says you choose the spells "when you gain this feature".
In the 2024 version, yes, because it says you choose the spells "when the book appears".
This was a deliberate change for the 2024 update.
