So, i an wanting to make a hexer, inspired by dks 2 homebrew class but receiving the message "This homebrew Subclass does not have the necessary class features with the correct required levels.". My class
This class is a attempt to bring the most iconic darksouls 2 caster class(hexer) into D&D, taking the dark apprentice/master flavor into D&D. Not tested yet.
RESTRICTIONS
In order to be a hexer, you must be of Neutral Evil, Chaotic Evil or Chaotic neutral alignment. Your INT and CHA attributes needs to be at least 13, otherwise, you can't take this subclass. Enter in contact with the proper essence of darkness and fuse your soul with it essence to gain unholy powers requires that you are of this alignments. If your alignment shifts to any lawful or good alignment, the es sense of darkness is separated from your soul. And you can't cast any warlock spell nor spell-like ability of this class until you become chaotic or evil again. If you become true neutral, you can't take levels on this class but won't lose your powers.
DARK ORB
At lv 3, you gain the "dark orb", this ability is cast as a spell like ability, it deals d10 + 2*CHA mod FORCE damage to a single target. This spell-like ability range is 150 feet. At lv 5, its damage increase to 2d10 + 4*CHA, at lv 11, to 3d10 + 6*CHA and at lv 17 to 4d10 + 8*CHA mod. You can use this ability equals to 2x your warlock level and need to do a short rest to use it again.
Dark Fog
At lv 5, you can use "dark fog" spell-like ability . It works like darkness spell but it also deals D6 + CHA MOD necrotic damage to creatures inside the darkness and it can be used equal to your class level before needing a short or a long rest to use this ability again.
DARK WEAPON
At level 7, you gain the spell like ability "dark weapon". You can imbue any NON magic weapon or a magic weapon if this weapon was your pact weapon to deal increased +2*CHA mod damage. Half of the damage increase is necrotic and half force damage. You can only use this ability once and again after a short or long rest
AFFINITY
At lv 10, you can gain the "affinity" spell like ability. This spell creates one dark glowing orb floating on your back per 5 points of intelligence(1 at 5, 2 at 10, 3 at 15, 4 at 20, 5 at 25) to a maximum of 5 at lv 25. Each orb strike any enemy that reaches near 30 feet, including those who are stealth or invisible and each orb deals 3d6 + cha mod damage. all orbs attack at once and the enemy can try a DEX save at disadvantage to NEGATE the damage. You can use this ability 3 times per long rest
DARK LORD
At lv 12, if you are Chaotic Evil, you can make a Succubus as your familiar, if you are Chaotic Neutral, a Slaad and if you are a neutral evil, a Cloaker. This is a ritual that costs 500 gp and takes a full moon night to complete. If the creature is slain, you need to do the ritual again. Your CHA and CON attributes receive a permanent +3 bonus and can reach superhuman(above 20) levels using this ability.
DARK STORM
At lv 13, You gain the spell like ability "dark storm" at lv 13. It works like the spell "fire storm", but deals necrotic damage and can be used only two times, needing a long rest to regain its power.
RESONANT SOUL
At lv 15, you gain the resonant soul and greater resontant soul spell like ability. Resonant soul have 300 feet range and It deals a massive 5d10 + 5 CHA mod force damage but this massive dark energy forces you to take D2 CON damage that can't be healed by any means except in a long rest or a with a wish/miracle spell.
GREATER RESONANT SOUL
Great resonant soul have 600 feet range and deals 10d10 + 10 CHA mod damage to a single creature but deals D6 CON damage to the conjurer. You can use resonant soul and greater resonant soul at will, but if your CON reaches zero with this ability, your body and soul is destroyed and even a wish can't remake your soul.
CLIMAX
At lv 17, you can use Climax" spell spell like ability. It can target a single target at 1200 feet and deals CON damage to you in order to reduce your CON to 1 and deals 15 points of unholy damage + CHA mod per con damage taken. For eg, a warlock with 20 CHA and 11 CON would deal 10*(15+5) points of unholy damage.
SCION OF DARKNESS
You become one with darkness and a vampire. Additionally, you can heal the CONSTITUITION damage taken on resonant soul and greater resonant soul with a short rest
PACT MAGIC
Aditionally, you can get the following spells for your patron
Lv 1 - HEx, Witch Bolt
Lv 2 - Darkness, Invisibility
Lv 3 - Dispell magic, Fly
Lv 4 - Charm monster, dimensional door
Lv 5 - Summon greater demon, contact other plane

You don't add features at the right levels (namely, you add too many extra features).
And remember you dont have to publish the homebrew in order to use it yourself. (You didn't ask for feedback, so I won't give any, but I don't recommend publishing this anyway).
