I'm thinking of taking pact of the tome but we already have a wizard in the party so I'm worried about how this would work out. This is basically a 2 part question:
1) Can we both learn spells from the same book or scroll?
2) Can I learn ritual spells from their spellbook?
You may be able to learn it from the same spell book, but I think RAW, scrolls are weird in that they're destroyed upon use of any kind (i think)
But to avoid that issue, I've allowed this and done it myself. You, as a tome warlock, can learn ANY class ritual. The wizard on the other hand can ONLY learn Wizard spells. I would let the wizard scribble the spell into his book first and since NPC wizard spell books are actually extremely valid sources, I don't see why you can't read over your wizard friend's spellbook and copy them off of him since you don't have the same restriction as he does (i.e. that he can't scribe warlock rituals -- which is what they become to you. but that you CAN scribe wizard rituals as warlock ones).
As a matter of fact, I've allowed you to learn any ritual spells from a druid & cleric, even if they're not prepared because as divine casters they *always* KNOW their spells but only have access to it when they prepare it, especially during downtime.
This is different than Bards and Sorcerers who actually only know their designated spells, but I would allow you to learn it from them if they actually do know those specific ritual spells.
I do not know if this is RAW, as it says you copy spells that you find on your adventure (copy, implying a written form) but I don't see why you can't take notes or learn the spell from a caster directly and like a good boy in class, write notes on the lesson (Wizards don't have this question at all, because wizards actually have a written spellbooks that you definitely copy from)

RAW, the Cleric, Druid, Sorcerer, etc., would have to make a scroll for the Warlock to copy from, but there should be no problem copying from a Wizard's spellbook or even another Warlock's book of shadows.
I know that in Adventure League you can copy from another player's spellbook just by spending the time and money necessary, so I'd imagine the same would hold true in regular play, since AL is generally even more restrictive than home games.
