Can shadow blade be a pact weapon? If not if you were a DM would you let it be or would it be to powerful? It seems like it would fit well with the whole theme of pact weapon.
Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
The spell conjures a magical weapon that lasts for one minute. Bonding a magical weapon as a pact blade requires a ritual which lasts an hour. As a DM, I'd say if a player can figure out a legal rules as written way to make the shadow blade spell last for an hour, I'd consider allowing it.

Good luck with that.

I would say that Wish would allow this. But short of casting Wish, I don't see a way to make it happen.

No, Shadowblade is a spell and needs to consume resources. there is /no/ way I'd let a player whip that baby out permanently as a pact weapon.

Getting access to that wish spell to do it would probably put you in a position where that wish spell is better off used in some other fashion.
