They do not take turns imediately after yours. Raven Queen and Find Familiar specifically says it has to roll for initiative separately. But your DM may houserule to simplify things.
That said, I like this idea. Makes a lot of sense roleplay wise. As for things to do with it, not so much. Well, at least not any more than other familiar stuff. This is a very cool roleplaying thing, not a min-max thing.
You're telling me I can have 2 ravens? A spirit and a shape shifted imp? And they take turns immediately after mine?
