So I was looking around and messing around with Warlock ideas and found "The Seeker" as a Patron for Warlock. How do I unlock that option for the character creation on DnD Beyond?

That was an Unearthed Arcana play test option that didn’t make publication. Recreating it via private home brew is likely your only option.
