Depends on how you're aiming the religious side, but its fairly easy. I made my wizard as having studied the 'old ways' during his time learning and chooses instead to mix a prayer/invocation with the magic words and always using a component, even for spells without, making it seem like a natural sympathetic system (ie - a pinch of sulphur and firenewt scales to cast fire bolt). But in a simply RP component, you can flavor your spells to seem more divine in nature, such as your Light spell looking like a halo or Mage Armor/Shield appearing as Angel wings wrapped around your body.
So I kinda wanna make a wizard around a more religious background. How could I shape my spell and actions and spell choices to match?

There’s an old UA with the Theurgy Wizard which kind of fulfills this religious vibe. It’s super fun.
