Hi,
When gaining the spell from the enchantment school lvl 2. Can I cast it only once? Or can I cast it multiple times just not twice on one person?

Agreed. Is the feature broken on D&D Beyond. It shows only 1 Charge.
It's an unlimited resource. Just can't cast it again on the same creature if it makes its save.
Yeah, it looks weird on d&d beyond. It's one per creature per rest, but they don't really have a good way of showing that so it just shows one per special.
Not the same creature but you can use it on his friend. Once they save or it ends you cant use it on the same dude until you have a long rest.
