So, recently my wizard has gotten a number of spell scrolls. Some of them ended up being spells for different classes, such as a Prayer of Healing and an Antilife Shell.
Would it be possible for my wizard to copy these spells into their spell book and use them or no?
No. You can only copy spells and use scrolls from your class spell list.
However, you can somehow perform this through a magic item called Ring of Spell Storing. It’s a little harder, because it’s a rare magic item and you need a caster from other classes to store their spell in the ring, but once it’s done, you can activate it and effectively cast other classes spell.
