if it not an illusion, it might be cool that you thrown object that create by Minor Conjuration to block the arrow that targeting you(can it?)
It's not an illusion, no. Conjuration magic generally involves creating actual, physical things.
There's nothing in the rules saying you can use it defensively like that, though.
