no, just like you don't share it with your familiar.

* can the minions earn XP, and if it's true, can they lvl up ??
* can the familiar earn XP, and if it's true, can he/she lvl up??
In some games it happens....... you rely the power in your familiars / pets / skelys, so you can focus on anything else.
