I'm likely starting a new campaign soon and love everything about the Blade Singer subclass for wizard, but I've seen an elf-race restriction on a lot of pages about it online. My DM is pretty flexible and is letting me run a non-elf blade singer. Before I buy the subclass to use in DnD Beyond's app, will it even let me select it when I create my character if they're not an elf?

It will let you be a different race.
