Hello, I'm a bit new to D&D, but I figured this would be a good place to ask and get a general consensus. I had a thought about Dragon's Breath and how exactly it works and this question came up; if someone uses Dragon's Breath, would Multiple Applications of it within the minute time frame be possible, as in the Wizard/Sorcerer applies it one round at a time and they end collectively at the same time when the concentration ends? I thank you for your time in reading this and helping me find an answer.
The target of the spell only occurs when the spell is cast. You can't apply it to another target without casting it again which ends concentration on the first (you can target 2 creatures with twinned spell metamagic).

So only through the Twinned Metamagic Feature? OK, I'll keep that in mind.
