The contents of this potion looks nearly identical to the Potion of Necrotic Resistance. When a creature drinks this potion, they gain vulnerability to necrotic damage for 10 minutes. If the creature has immunity to necrotic damage, then it would treat necrotic damage as a resistance instead for the duration.
A creature may do a DC 17 Arcana or Nature to determine that this potion is not a potion of Potion of Necrotic Resistance.
