Surgeons gloves

The surgeon's gloves are a pair of gloves enchanted by the frequent use of Stich wraith surgeons during their operations, this enchantment has over time imprinted the previous owners skills upon it and now give it to its previous user.

While attuned to these gloves you gain proficiency in surgeon's tools and medicine, if you are already proficient you instead gain expertise
