Red Diamond Cuirass

This bronze breastplate is intricately carved with runic designs along its edges, and on its front is a depiction of twin giants grasping a single, large red diamond in the center of the torso. The red diamond is pristine and faceted into the breastplate by the giants' hands. You have a +1 bonus to AC while attuned to this item.

When you enter your Rage, the red diamond begins to slowly pulsate with soft flashes of glowing, red energy to the same rhythm as your heartbeat, or the heartbeat typical of a living creature if you lack a beating heart. While the red diamond is pulsating, the energy also begins to extend beyond the edges of the breastplate and across your skin with the same runic designs, granting you the following bonuses until your Rage ends:

• You can add your Rage Damage to Dexterity Saving Throws, the Checks listed in Primal Knowledge, and Attack rolls used for Brutal Strikes
• You can grow one size larger, and your reach increases by 5 feet while you are enlarged this way. Any feature that would increase your size to a specific size category instead becomes 'You become one size larger' (e.g Giant's Havoc changes from 'Your size becomes Large' to 'You become one size larger')
• Whenever you succeed on a Strength or Dexterity Saving Throw or a contested Athletics or Acrobatics Check, you can move up to half your Speed without provoking Opportunity Attacks, and without using your movement
