Strips of deep blue cloth bearing a repeated triskelion symbol reminiscent of lightning bolts in golden thread. A monk can wield them by wrapping them around their fists, empowering their Unarmed Strikes with +1 to both Attack and Damage.
Each Unarmed Strike that hits an enemy builds a charge on the item. When the wrappings have 10 charges the wielder can use an action to cast Lightning Bolt, expending all charges. This can only be done once per day. All accumulated charges are reset each dawn.
