Drug effect

A stat of your choosing becoming 20 for 10 minutes, as a rush of blood and heat surges through your body. In addition you gain advantage on ability checks and saving throws with that stat. The character must succeed a dc 18 con save or become addicted. For every time a player has taken dragons blood, increase the dc by 1. If they fail the saving throw by 15 or more the character has overdosed

Addiction: If a player is addicted they must take another dose within a 24hr period or begin to suffer from withdrawal symptoms. While addicted, the player is under the effect of the bane spell, and player alignment shifts down a level, Indicating that they’ve become more militant and angry. Additionally anytime you roll a natural 1 on a skill check or attack roll the DM may describe further negative consequences, like hitting a teammate or breaking a lock, as your character is unnaturally angry or distraught from addiction.

Withdrawal: If an addicted player goes more than 24 hours without a dose of dragons blood, they begin to experience withdrawal. Players suffering from withdrawal are under the effects of the slow spell, as the player feels as though they’ve lost your energy and drive.  This can only be cured by taking more dragons blood, or going a full week in withdrawal. The effects of withdrawal overlap the effects of addiction.

Overdose: Overdoes occurs when a player fails their addiction save by 15 or more. Additionally overdose occurs if a character takes more than 2 doses in a 24 hour period. The rush of energy you normal feel begins to take over your body. Searing heat wracks your brain making it hard to focus. For one minute you are under the effect of the haste spell. At the beginning of each round take 1d6 psychic damage increasing 1d6 each round, To a maximum of 10d6. This process can be halted with a greater restoration spell or hight level magic. Being reduced to 0 hit points by an overdose results in death. If this does not kill the individual, they take a permanent loss of -6 to the last modified ability score and have disadvantage on that saving throws.
