When worn, these otherwise normal leather wraps seemingly sprout fur from the edges.  Imbued with the power of a panther, the wearer is granted many gifts.  The wearer is granted darkvision (if the character already has dark vision, it is extended by 30 ft), gains advantage on perception (Wis) involving sight, and their Dexterity (Dex) score increases by 2 (max 24).
