When worn, these otherwise normal leather wraps seemingly sprout fur from the edges.  Imbued with the power of a bear, the wearer is granted many gifts.  The wearer is granted advantage on Perception (Wis) Checks involving smell, their Strength (Str) score is increased by 2, (max 24).
