Inside this heavy cloth bag are 3d4 animal shaped crackers. The bag weighs 1/2 pound plus 1/4 pound for each cracker it contains.

If you remove a cracker from the bag and eat it, the cracker will cast true polymorph on the you or the creature that was fed. The GM can choose the creature from the following table, determine it randomly.

The consumer of this item is affected by the True Polymorph spell until dispelled (4th level) or eating another cracker will change to another animal or race potentially.

No one can tell what animal are on any of the animal crackers, only the Identify spell (or if you are a wizard: heavily studying the items magic properties for 3 or more hours per cracker) can tell the effect of each cracker.
