Wondrous Item, uncommon (requires attunement)

These Iron boots are enchanted by Redcaps to bind those they hit. Sometimes though, their boots does more then they bargained for.
The boots echantments actually binds the user to the very place they stand on. not as themselves, but as an iron statue frozen in place.

The Wearer of these boots can, as an action, kick a creature with them. the creature must make a constitution saving throw (DC 15). On a faillure, the creature is immediately turned to iron and gains the petrified condition. The creature stays in this state for 1 minute and then reverts to its original form. The creature is unaware of everything that hapenned while it was petrified. On a success, nothing happens.

Curse. Once attuned to the boots, the wearer is bound to them and cannot remove them, nor is he willing to remove them. The only way to remove the curse is by a remove curse or similar magic. only then can he remove the boots and be released of the curse. The cursed wearer must also roll the consitution saving throw as well. On a faillure, the wearer also turns to iron for the duration and is petrified as well. On a success, nothing happens to the wearer.
