This set of strips made of what seems to be steel and clay seem to be rigid solids at first glance but when picked up bend and unfurl similarly to a bamboo mat.
When wrapped around one's fists or onto the handle of a weapon, they can 3 times per day when taking the attack action, create an area of rocky ground in a 10-foot area around them until the end of their next turn. This rocky ground counts as difficult terrain to all creatures except the creature that made the attack with the weapon that has the properties of these wraps.
These wraps can only confer these properties to a weapon once, dissolving into a puff of dust if they are used to attempt to be wrapped around another weapon. When these wraps are applied to one's fists, their properties only can be applied when taking an unarmed attack. A weapon can only ever gain one set of properties from a set of wraps of elemental infusion. If however, an attempt to confer another set of properties from a different set of wraps, the conferring of properties fails and the wraps used lose their magic and burst in a way appropriate of their element.
