Often used when imprisoning spellcasters, this armor appears to be a rusted suit of chain mail. Once donned, this armor cannot be removed by the wearer. The distribution of the armor's weight and exact fit constantly change and the links seem to grind and resist every motion of the wearer with supernatural strength. A Remove Curse spell or similar magic ends the curse long enough to doff the armor.

Made of interlocking metal rings, chain mail includes a layer of quilted fabric worn underneath the mail to prevent chafing and to cushion the impact of blows. The suit includes gauntlets.
