Wand, varies (requires attunement by a Spellcaster)
While holding this wand, you gain a bonus to spell attack rolls determined by the wand’s rarity. In addition, you ignore half cover when making a spell attack.
So, this would NOT stack with the Artificer's empoowered wand infusion right?
While an Artificer cannot Infuse an already-magical item, you can attune to and wield both at the same time (provided you have free hands or another way to hold both). If you do so, the bonuses can and do stack.
War mage wand +3, archmagi's robe and bloodwell vial +3 (sorcerer's only) crazy amount of stacking, but I actually ditched the wand entirely and took amulet of health for CON saves or mantle of spell resistance or ring of spell turning...
There's also a legendary crown that gives a ton of spells and charges (beholder crown?)

the former, its DM's discreation
The rarity is chosen by the DM and is permanent. It remains the same rarity forever.
Correct me if I'm wrong but did you just get to a +18 to hit?

The dm decides the rarity of this type of item
Has anyone been able to find a Component List for the Crafting of this item?
