Wondrous item, rare (requires attunement by a monk, Drunken Master)

These wraps allow Drunken Masters to channel ki energy into glowing Ethereal Chains that punish and restrain their target. The wraps consist of dirty grey cloth stained with wine, sweat and blood. While the wraps are active, the wraps slowly seep out droplets of sweet red wine.

As a bonus action, you may spend 1 ki point and empower the wraps with energy for 1 minute. While the wraps are empowered in this way, you gain the following benefits.

• Your unarmed strikes deal an additional 1d6 Radiant damage.

• If you hit a creature with two or more unarmed strikes in a single turn, they must make a Strength saving throw against your ki save DC or be Restrained by ethereal chains until the end of your next turn.

• If your unarmed strikes(normal and flurry) hits at least 3 times in a single round, you regain 1 Ki. This can Never bring you above half your maximum Ki for your level, rounded down.
