A brass wristwatch covered in Dwarvish sigils that glow in a fixed pattern. Symbols in an unknown language flit across the watch’s face, seemingly at random.

     While you are attuned to this Item, double your Proficiency Bonus when using artisan’s tools.

     The wristwatch has 3 charges for the following property. It regains all expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the watch overloads your senses and you are incapacitated until the end of your next turn.

     Analytic Overdrive. As a bonus action on your turn, you can target one creature within 60 feet of you. Your mind is opened to the analytical enhancement of the watch, and for one minute, you gain the following benefits:

• Select a piece of equipment the target is wearing (either armour or a shield), and treat the target’s AC as if it were not wearing that piece of equipment.
• If the target is a construct, treat its AC as a 10. If the construct’s AC is already 10 or less, treat it’s AC as being 3 points lower.
• Any attack roll you make against the target is a critical hit if you roll a 19 or 20 on the d20.
