Carefully crafted from the the leathery wing membrane stretched around a hollowed out cervical disk of a white dragon wyrmling, this drum is imbued with some of the characteristics of it's former owner.

While holding this drum, you gain a +1 bonus to spell attack rolls and to the saving throw DCs of your bard spells.

Successful attacks chill the target to the bone and do one extra D4 cold damage upon hit.  Upon hit target must make a CHA 10 saving throw or be unnerved by the chilling rhythms and become frightened of the drummer.

As an action, you can play the drum to regain one use of your Bardic Inspiration feature. This property of the drum can’t be used again until the next dawn.
