Ring, artifact

"I know my path may have gotten darker, but Cillian, Brightscale, Sparky... Every Sacrifice I make, every terrible thing I do, has been something done for my friends. Well, that and to cultivate Blood for the Blood God."

A ring of black and rend metal together, the innerband has some small barbs on the inside of the ring, as well as one on the outside. When the wearer causes a barb to cut themselves. Should the wearer do this, they can allow half their Hitpoints to (i.e.: round up to an even number if it lands on like a 3, 5, 7, round up to a 4, 6, or 8). On a weird note with this, even constructs wearing it seem to bleed red. This blood should be given to a companion, as the companion will gain temporary hitpoints equal to half your level.

Alternatively, the barbs on the outside of this ring use a form of necromantic magic. Anytime you perform an Unarmed Strike on an enemy, regain 1d6 of any lost hit points.
