An radiant wreath of golden leaves and wildflowers that appears to respond ever so slightly to the wearer's mood, and enhances their natural beauty with a touch of enchanting seelie magic. 

The crown's radiant glow can be dimmed or enhanced at will. At full strength, it sheds bright light in a 20 foot radius and dim light for an additional 20 feet.

Once per long rest, the wreath's inherent seelie magic can be activated with a bonus action. In this form, it emits an eery, enchanting golden light. As a reaction while the wreath is active, the user can grant disadvantage to incoming melee attacks with a flash of blinding light. The wreath's seelie magic lasts for 1 minute, or until you are incapacitated or die.

Ripe, white goodberries adorn the branches of the wreath, which can be plucked and consumed with a bonus action. The wreath regrows 1D4-1 berries every day at dawn, up to a maximum of five.
