These monks wraps were once worn a high priest and chief expositor of the Dawnfather. A long and storied history, these wraps were passed down to each expositor deemed worthy until they were said to be lost to the sands of time, literally. During a long war with fiends invading from the Abyssal Plane, their last known wearer was felled. Should you be deemed worthy, you will be granted the following benefits:
1) While attuned and wearing these wraps, your unarmed strikes now have a +3 magic modifier (+3 to attack and damage rolls) and you gain resistance to fire damage.
2) Using a bonus action, you can pound your fists together to activate them. Bright white flames erupt from your forearms and you gain an extra 1d8 radiant damage to your attacks. If you hit a target that is fiend, abyssal, or undead, this damage is increased to 2d8 and the target. This effect lasts until you use a bonus action to double-tap them back together and the flames are quenched.
3) When the wraps are activated, the wraps emit a bright light in a 15-foot radius and dim-light in a 30-foot radius.
Notes: Bonus: Magic, Resistance: Fire, Damage: Radiant, Damage: Radiant, by a monk who has communed with the Dawnfather
