This belt is a designed item by Xauzl.

The belt has multiple leather straps used to hold a variety of different types of thrown weapons.  It also has four faceted sigils that are each used to attune to a weapon.   This allows up to four weapons to be attuned to the belt.  The belt then keeps track of those weapons and can locate them up to 60 feet away.

The belt will automatically summon a mage hand to pick up and retrieve attuned weapons that have been thrown if they are still within 60 feet of the wearer. Once on the wearer's turn as a free action the wearer can return any one weapon attuned with this belt to their hand as long as it is within 60 feet of them.

In addition, Xauzl has provided an option to super charge the belt allowing the mage hand to throw the weapon as an attack. 

As a bonus action the user can activate a rune on the belt that will casue the mage hand to throw a weapon from where it is as long as it is within 60 feet of the wearer.  The mage hand will take on the look of the wearers hand mirroring them as it tosses the weapon allowing the user to make a thrown weapon attack from a space where one of their weapons was thrown to.  Once this feature has been used it cannot be used again until after a long rest.
