Homebrew Wolf-Kin Species Details

The wolf-kin were formed when the major spirit of Haviri known as Castrol died and split himself into the lupical creatures that now inhabit this world such as wolves, dire wolves and even some foxes. These spiritual binds that were spread through the lands by the stronger of these wolves even caused a few magical pregnancies, the result was the wolf-kin being half spirit wolven and half their mothers race. Being born naturally fatherless they suffered when baring the wilds still carrying a piece of the wolven bonds from long times past. Some wolf-kin make it high up in the world like Hendrick the huntsmen commonly known for his knowledge of the wilderness and being employed by king Letherius himself, but many don't make it that far from the lack of parental guidance some being abandoned by their mothers.    

Wolf-Kin Traits

Wolven bond (Dex or Str or Wis or Cons +2), Half rage, Wayward sight.

Wayward sight

During night time see any darkness as bright light but you have light sensitivity during the day. 

Wolven bonds

You gain a choice of four wolven bonds, head, torso, arms or legs all granting you different effects. Head grants you the keen senses of a wolf and plus two in wis, you have advantage on wis (perception) checks relating to smell or hearing and add your prof bonus to the rolls for it. Torso allows you a choice of a damage resistance other then psychic and a plus two in cons, you also add your prof bonus to cons saving throws. Wolven arms grants you advantage on all str checks to pick things up and aren't attacks and a plus two in str, this also gives you a claw attack of 1d6+ str mod. Legs gives you 20 extra feet of movement speed and plus two in dex, you gain advantage on acrobatics checks to jump or move quickly.

Half rage

Enter a state of primal desire that lasts one round and makes your eyes shine red, this can only be done at night and as many times as your prof bonus per long rest. This state gives you direct yet short connection to Castrol making you immune to slashing, piercing and bludgeoning damage from non-magical weapons.
