You gain the polymorph ability and can transform into a medium or smaller snake but your statistics aside from your size are unchanged. Any items you have will not be transformed with you. You will gain a bite attack that deals 1d6 Piercing damage and 1d4 poison damage. At level 12 the damage will be increased by one die per damage. So from 1d6 piercing damage to 2d6 piercing damage. This applies to the poison damage too. At level 16 the damage will increase in the same way again. This will happen again at level 19.
