The living Dead
For spells and other such effects, a zombie is considered undead, and thus you don't require air, regular food, drink or sleep to survive.
Undead Fortitude
If damage would reduce a zombie's current hit points to 0, they must make a constitution saving throw with DC equal to half the damage taken, unless the damage is Radiant damage or a critical hit. On a successful save the zombie instead drops to 1 hit point instead of 0.
this ability can only be used once per day, and resets at dawn.
Cranium Cravings
The only type of sustenance you require is that of brains. 1 brain is enough to last you an entire week, however if you go a week without eating a single full brain your body begins to deteriorate, you take 1 hit dice worth of necrotic damage and your maximum health is reduced by that damage until you eat a full brain at which point your maximum hit points will return to normal, this damage happens at dawn of each day after the week of no brains
Eaten Memories
Any time after eating a brain you can twice per day choose to attempt to recall something that the brain you ate knew, to do this you roll [roll]1d100[/roll] and if the result is higher than 75 you succeed and gain advantage on any intelligence rolls pertaining to the knowledge you recall.
This ability resets at dawn.
