Homebrew Worg, Legion Species Details
Legionaries
These worgs have been trained and fought by the legions who raised them. Properly something more militaristic or maybe some other type of legion. Normally raised and trained by beast-masters, cavilers or rangers.
Worg Names
The name of the Legion Worgs tend to be given to them by those who raised them.
As the name selected is normally commonly from either goblinoid or common.
Age.
The Worg matures by the age of 3. They have been known to live up to 20 to 40 years old. Oddly enough some have been to be older yet that has been only on rare occasions, just like the good ones.
Alignment.
A Worg raised by the legion tend to be leaning more neutral & good, on the rare occasion of evil.
Size.
The size of this creature is large. You don't get the -1 to AC due to your body able to evenly distribute the weight being a quadruped. While this -1 to AC still can also still be applied on the Dungeon Master behest.
Speed.
The Worg's walking could been seen more as a sprint to most other races. Your walking speed is 50 feet.
Worg, Legion Traits
Trained by one Legion or another.Ability Score Increase.
The Worg are rather strong, fast and healthy creatures while loosing the good looks and some smarts.
Increase Strength Score, Dexterity Score or Constitution Score by 2. Increase Dexterity Score or Wisdom Score by 1.
Increase Constitution Score or Wisdom Score by 1. | Decrease Intelligence Score by 1, Decrease Charisma Score by 2.
Darkvision
You can see in dim light within 60 feet of you as if it were bright light, and in darkness as if it were dim light. You can’t discern color in darkness, only shades of gray.
Keen Hearing and Smell.
You have advantage on Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on hearing or smell.
Quadruped Restrictions.
Weapon & Armor Restrictions
Due to you being a quadruped creature, you have a hard time using weapons, shields & armor unless they are deigned to fit your feral form.
You have disadvantage with weapon attacks that aren't natural weapons & must have these specially made for you, if you wish to use them without disadvantage.
Spellcasting Restrictions
Due to the you can't cast spells that require the following components of Somatic & Material. If you find a way to do so, these are made with disadvantage if they have a attack roll and advantage for those if the spell requires a saving throw.
You still can cast spells that use a Verbal component but not a Somatic component. Without disadvantage for the attack rolls, & without giving the advantage on a saving throw for all targeted creatures, if the spell requires it.
Creature Type: Monstrosity
For all spells that effect monstrosities. You are effected by them.
Natural Armor.
Due to your thick hide, you're granted a +2 bonus to AC or a +1 Bonus to AC. | Please ask your DM, as they might have different rules for large size quadruped player race.
Natural Brutalist.
This creature is deadly within melee combat and sort of excels within it.
At the 3rd level, the Bite attack and Claw attacks are counted as magical for the purposes of overcoming resistances and immunity to non-magical attacks & damage.
Bite
1d12 + Strength Modifier Piercing Damage
Increase by one dice size at the following levels accordingly. 5th (2d6), 11th (2d8), 17th (2d10)
Claw
1d6 + Strength Modifier Slashing Damage
Increase by one dice size at the following levels accordingly. 5th (1d8), 11th (1d10), 17th (1d12)
Knockdown
Once per turn after hitting with a melee attack, you can force the target to make a Strength Saving Throw or that creature will be knocked prone.
The DC for this is 8 + your strength modifier + your proficiency modifier.
Custom Make.
Equipment for a mount can be pretty expensive to equip properly, so it ends up costing the owner or the worg itself for more then they would like to spend. If the creature can used them that is. This Worg of the Legion will get both of the following the non-Associated inflation & the Legion Discount .
However with your legion these costs are as more fitting of one such as yourself. Starting armor is considered to have been already modified, at no increased initial cost.

Armor increase cost by 25% instead of 50% | Weapon increase cost by 50% instead. |
Praetorian Hunter.
You're proficient in the Athletics, Intimidation, and Perception skills.
You can use your strength modifier in place of your charisma modifier for the Intimidation Skill.
Lanaguges.
You can only speak & understand all languages you know, even with a low intelligence score of a 6. However it might be a issue if that gets even lower.
You will always know Worg no matter how low your intelligence is, due to it being a racial language for your species.
