Summoning

You touch a statue in the casting of the spell, which is imbued with magic. When you do this, choose a trigger for the golem to activate, such as "When a creature comes within 10 feet of it", or "When I say it's command word". Additionally when you cast the spell, chooer acid, cold, fire, lightning, or thunder damage.

When your chosen trigger happens, the statue becomes a golem, which uses the stats of the statue golem below. When this happens, you feel a mental twinge. The golem lasts for an hour or until it is reduced to 0 hp. During this time, you can communicate telepathically with it, if you are in the same plane of existence. The golem obeys your commands (no action required by you). If you don’t issue any, it takes the attempts to kill nearby creatures.

You can never have more than a number equal to your spellcasting ability modifier statues imbued with magic in this way.

At Higher Levels. When you cast this spell using a spell slot of 6th level or higher, use the higher level wherever the spell’s level appears in the stat block.

Elemental Absorption. Whenever the golem is subjected to the damage type you chose when you cast the spell, it takes no damage and instead regains a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt.

Berserk. Whenever the golem starts its turn with 15 hit points or fewer, roll a d6. On a 6, the golem goes berserk. On each of its turns while berserk, the golem attacks the nearest creature it can see. If no creature is near enough to move to and attack, the golem attacks an object, with preference for an object smaller than itself. Once the golem goes berserk, it continues to do so until it is destroyed or regains all its hit points.

Immutable Form. The golem is immune to any spell or effect that would alter its form.

Magic Resistance. The golem has advantage on saving throws against spells and other magical effects.

Magic Weapons. The golem's weapon attacks are magical.

Actions

Multiattack. The golem makes a number of attacks equal to half this spell’s level (rounded down).

Slam. Melee Weapon Attack: your spell attack modifier to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 1d10 + 2 + the spell’s level bludgeoning damage.
