This spell changes the timbre of the target sound source. The timbre can be adjusted at any time during the spell's duration by the caster. The spell affects non-living non-magical sources of sound without the need for a saving throw. For example, the sound of non-magical church bells can be altered so that the chimes sound like horns, or a drum sounds like a squeak toy. If target at a living creature, then a saving throw can be made to negate the effect. If a living creature is affected and they can speak a language, the language is still intelligble, but otherwise altered. For example, if successfully cast upon an orc, the spell can make their voice sound like a little girl, or a cartoon voice, etc. Duration of the spell is ten minutes + 1minute per level of the caster.
